hey there! I'm just another teen girl who, like many others, have found herself off the track of a healthy lifestyle. thus the reason for the new year of twenty-twelve i have decided to change my eating habits, irregular exercise routines, and overall unhealthy habits. so this is my story as i undergo these transformations. current weight: 123.7

goal weight2: 120
goal weight3:115
final goal: 110

so I’ve decided t start count in calories. and I’m going to do it manually too -___-

I’m doing it manually because if i don’t, i won’t do it. soo yeah.
